  1. You are doing a great job. I love your content and will continue to watch. Baking is always great to watch.
I would like to see more about the clients you cook for and what you make them. I have thought about doing that too but not sure where to start.

  2. Hi

    1. Hmm, eggs don’t usually act as a leavener. Not using eggs shouldn’t impact how it rises, as long as you are including whatever leavener is listed in a recipe (yeast, baking powder, baking soda, etc.) Are you asking for egg substitutes? A quick Google search can help you with that. There a quite a few adequate egg substitutes! 🙂 Best of luck on your baking journey!

  4. I was able to print them out. Thank you. Please remember you are very good at this and those who complain may be envious they can’t. Keep up the great work and keep the recipes coming. I will be making them. Throughout the week

  5. Hi, Jaylea. I have been watching some of your videos. You have some very interesting, informational, and yummy looking things. I found your web site and started printed some of the recipes. (I am very anxious to collect jars and start adding all the dry mixes to my pantry.) I was wondering though, if it would be possible to make all your sour dough information printable. I would very much like to start a sour dough (hopefully in the near future) and would love to be able to print all the information so that I could have it at my fingertips with my recipes ready to grab and go. Thank you for all you do and share. Thank you for your transparency, for showing your mistakes and failures as well as all the successes and victories. I think it is very helpful and inspirational when we see all things. It makes it all more real and achievable. Thanks again. 💜

    1. Thank you for this suggestion, Anna! I am slowly developing and sharing my sourdough content. It’s a great idea to put it all in one place. I will work on that!
