How to Make an Adrenal Cocktail Wellness Shot

This is very easy to make. Prepare your fresh ingredients by peeling your orange. Also, peel your ginger and carrot. Chop your ginger and carrot.

Next, throw all of this into your blender.

Add the rest of your ingredients to your blender. The quantities included below in the recipe can be adjusted to your taste.

The orange juice is used simply to reached desired consistency. You can also use water, you can use extra coconut water or milk, you could use regular cow’s milk, a different type of juice, whatever you have or want to use!

Finally, pulse all the ingredients together in the blender until they are thoroughly pureed.

This recipe needs to be stored in the refrigerator and should stay fresh in the fridge up to five days.

Equipment

  • blender or food processor
  • Kitchen knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 orange
  • 1 chunk of ginger
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or coconut water
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Splash apple cider vinegar
  • Splash orange juice use it to reach desired consistency

Instructions
 

  • Peel the orange. Peel and chop the ginger and carrot. Add it to your blender
  • Add remaining ingredients to the blender.
  • Pulse until desired consistency is reached.
  • Keep in the refrigerator. Will stay fresh up to five days.
