I know on the Chili Seasoning you said you use 3-4 Tbsp for a pot of chili. I didn’t hear you mention how much Taco Seasoning you use for a pound of Hamburger or Chicken. I know most of this is to our taste but since I have always used the package mixes what’s a good starting point on how much to use? Is it the same 3-4 Tbsp per pound of meat? That sounds like alot to me.
This is a great question. Typically the taco seasoning packets from the store are one ounce. That’s the equivalent to two tablespoons. That’s what I would use for a pound of meat, two tablespoons. Thank you for this question!
Love these recipes and your content.
Wow, Pat. Thank you so much!
How much of the taco seasoning do you put in the meat when making tacos?
I would use two tablespoons per pound of meat 🙂
